The Philosophy of Giving Back

We provide top-notch commercial real estate services and adding value to each assignment, but we also believe in giving back to the communities where we live. We give to those less advantaged in their community by supporting and working with organizations such as Surrey Urban Mission (SUMS) and the Surrey Food Bank.

Stephen Gammer, CCIM

Stephen Gammer Stephen has worked in the Commercial Real Estate in the Fraser Valley since 2004, and was previously working for the BC Government in Victoria as a Communications Officer, and prior to that as a manager of financial aid services at a non-profit agency in Vancouver's Downtown East-side.

Stephen believes in continuous learning and adding tools to the services he can provide clients when working on assignments. He received a degree in Communications in 1993 and in 2011 he received the prestigious CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute.

He has received many sales awards and is also a multi-year member of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board Medallion Club and FVREB Commercial Medallion Club, he has received Macdonald Commercial's Sales Achievement Award and is a member of the Re/Max Platinum Club.

Stephen has volunteered on committees for the Langley Chamber of Commerce, Surrey Board of Trade, and has sat on the boards of the Surrey Hospice Society, New Hope Recovery Society and the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and Surrey Urban Mission Society.

He is an avid outdoors man, hiker, kite boarder, fisherman and he can be found bringing his Labradoodle "Bingo" on many of his work appointments.

We manage the flow of the transaction process to best meet your objectives by listening to your needs, managing information flows, and being accountable by communicating and reporting back to you in a timely and consistent manner. We assist in the decision making process and integrate your needs to meet the market conditions.

Market conditions are continually changing, as are tax laws and the money markets. We are here to act as advisors to assist in the leasing, acquisition, development and sale of real estate.

We act as liaisons between investors and end users & landlords and tenants. Our four stage transactional management process is simple:

1st Qualify – we need to become familiar with the client goals analyze the business objectives

2nd Match – we collect market data and assist in the decision making process of identifying the best choice for the client

3rd Close – we negotiate the terms and draft an agreement between the parties

4th Add Value – we remain connected after the transaction and build a business relationship
